Beyond his role as a successful entrepreneur, Eric is proud to hold a prominent position in the industry as the Finance Chair of the United Benefit Advisors (UBA). This prestigious organization is the largest and leading independent partnership of privately held benefit advisors.

Laura Brown - Principal Agent
Laura, a Boise native, pursued her college education in Boston, where she successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. With a solid foundation in both public and private accounting, she accumulated seven years of professional experience. In 2015, Laura made the decision to join her family's business, an opportunity she considers a privilege as it allows her to continue her father's legacy and collaborate with her brother.
Her current role at Fredriksen Health Insurance aligns perfectly with her passion for assisting others. Whether it involves collaborating with employers on employee benefit plans on unique solutions, helping families navigate individual health insurance, or guiding retirees through the complexities of Medicare, Laura finds fulfillment in making a positive impact on people's lives. Insurance is intimidating and can be overwhelming. She takes pride in taking the time to educate her clients so that they have a clear understanding of their coverage.
Alongside her supportive husband and two amazing daughters, Laura actively contributes to the Boise Sunrise Rotary Club as a dedicated Rotarian, striving to enhance the local community. She was named Big of the Year from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Idaho in 2018 and is in close connection with her Little today.
Debi Knutson - Insurance Agent
Debi Knutson is an experienced insurance broker advising clients since 2005. When she's not busy with work or community engagements, Debi finds joy in spending time with her five beloved grandchildren. Their presence brings immense happiness and fulfillment to her life. In her leisure time, Debi indulges in her passion for gardening. She also enjoys camping, immersing herself in the great outdoors, seeking out natural hot springs to relax and rejuvenate. Outside of Idaho, Debi has a love for the ocean and snorkeling, diving into the underwater world to witness the breathtaking marine life and explore the wonders beneath the surface.
Andrea Berry – Account Manager / Insurance Agent
Andrea is originally from Idaho Falls and relocated to Boise to pursue her education at Boise State University. After graduating, she kickstarted her career at Micron, a renowned technology company. However, she eventually found herself working in the trucking insurance industry. She took a break in her career to focus on her two exceptional children while they were young knowing that time was precious. As the kids become more self sufficient, in 2019, she decided to join Fredriksen Health Insurance. She is driven by her desire to provide businesses with an elevated level of service. Andrea works closely with employers and employees in assisting them in understanding and administering employee benefit plans.
She and her husband are passionate travelers, making the most of their free time to explore different destinations. Besides traveling, they also enjoy watching movies and football. Additionally, Andrea takes immense pride in supporting her daughter's college soccer games.
Ann Byce – Insurance Agent
Ann Byce is a dedicated health insurance specialist with a strong background in customer service and the dental field. With her expertise in these areas, Ann is able to provide her clients with personalized and comprehensive insurance solutions that meet their specific needs. Ann is a lifelong learner who thrives on challenges. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ann is a loving wife to Keith and a proud mother to two wonderful sons, Jaden and Asher. Their family is completed by their energetic blue Heeler named Scotch, who brings joy and excitement to their lives.
Outside of work, Ann enjoys indulging in her passion for cooking and baking. She finds great satisfaction in creating delicious meals and treats for her family and friends. When she's not in the kitchen, Ann can be found snowboarding, boating, camping in the great outdoors, or exploring new destinations through traveling.

Jenifer Williams – Insurance Agent
Jenifer is an experienced professional with a diverse background. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has spent over 25 years in the real estate industry. In 2021, she made a career change into Life, Health & Disability insurance and joined the Fredriksen Health Insurance team in June 2022.
As a widow, Jen understands the importance of being fully insured for protection and peace of mind. She brings empathy and a deep understanding of the need for comprehensive coverage to her work.
Jen also loves the outdoors and enjoys participating in various activities throughout all four seasons. However, her greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her son and dog.
With her strong background in customer service, Jen takes pride in providing our clients with peace of mind. She excels at assisting individuals, families, Medicare recipients, and groups in selecting insurance plans that best fit their unique needs.
Josh Taylor – Insurance Agent
Born on the Marine Base in Twentynine Palms, CA, where his father served as a Marine, Josh lived most of his youth in the hot desert of Las Vegas, NV. At age 15 he moved to Idaho and entered the foster care system in Canyon County. Despite the adversity he overcame, he developed a love for speech and debate where he competed at a national level. His interest in healthcare led to his new carrier as a health insurance advisor where he helps his clients everyday get access to the care they need. He joined Fredriksen Health Insurance in 2022 and enjoys helping our amazing clients. His hobbies and interests include spending time with his dog for walks around Ann Morrison Park and camping in the beautiful outdoors of Idaho.
Jo Milburn - Account Manager
Jo is a proud Boise native who has developed a successful career as an Account Manager at Fredriksen Health Insurance. With a strong background in group health insurance, Jo brings valuable expertise and knowledge to her role. As an individual who is passionate about helping others and finding the best possible solutions, Jo is excited to broaden her expertise by working with a new set of clientele. Jo's consultative approach allows her to build strong relationships with the groups she works with, ensuring that their specific needs and requirements are met.
